I wanted to share some updates on my 'dodat' project, which I began coding development on in March. It's been a whirlwind of coding since then and I'm happy to share my progress. Here's a sneak peek into the journey so far:

This being my first big foray into the world of coding, I've been hard at work learning of and following all the best coding practices I can find in order to build a robust and interactive educational platform.

Total Lines of Code Growth:
- Frontend: +30,422 lines
- Backend: +38,762 lines
- Total: 30,422 + 38,762 = +69,184 lines
Average Lines of Code per File:
- Frontend: 30,422 lines / 69 files ≈ 441 lines/file
- Backend: 38,762 lines / 418 files ≈ 93 lines/file
Rate of Writing per Month:
- Frontend: 30,422 lines / 3 months ≈ 10,140 lines/month ≈ 2,535 lines/week ≈ 338 lines/day
- Backend:38,762 lines / 3 months ≈ 12,921 lines/month ≈ 3,230 lines/week ≈ 430 lines/day
My Experience
This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and it's been incredible to see the project take shape from the ground up. As a just-now self-taught developer, it has been a blast to take on this project and develop the skills to code a fully functional application with both backend and frontend components and implementing numerous features. There remains much to do, but I am committed to delivering a high-quality product alongside the fast-paced learning and development.
